We also offer FREE no obligation advice on purchasing a PC to suit your needs or even upgrading your existing PC. Note that you will be put in touch with a qualified engineer, not a salesperson. There are no hidden costs for our time, except we do charge a small fee for site surveys and consultations. We DO NOT offer incentives to buy from us, meaning all advice is IMPARTIAL.

All our ready-built PC systems are sold with:

	A Minimum One Year Return To Base Warranty, with On-Site warranties available.
	Highest quality branded components
	If you desire a particular component in your system, we will install it, not use cheap alternatives.
	All manuals, original licensed software and hardware driver disks for YOUR PC, not copies.
	We NEVER "pre-install" ANY software using illegal copied software.
	New PC systems are rigorously bench-tested for a minimum of 48 hours before dispatch.
	Subject to stock availability and cleared funds all systems are ready within 5 working days.

After-Sales Support - "The Package"
When we sell you a PC we offer a not only the PC, but a package that includes technical support as well as continuously assessing your individual needs, helping us to help you. Every PC comes with three months limited telephone support, with calls to a standard rate number rather than to a team of people only accessible only by a premium rate number! Also included is a minimum 12 months warranty (parts and labour).
